演講內容:

Philippe Langlois invites us to explore the history of sound inventions in cinema, at the crossroads of technology, early electroacoustic music and experimental cinema, in the wake of the most inventive composers and filmmakers. From the sound systems of silent cinema to the sound manipulations that resulted from the use of the optical track, from fiction to documentary films, from animated films to experimental films, a tenuous field of convergence is developing where a kind of prehistory of electroacoustic music is taking shape. This is a completely new way of looking at the parallel and underground history of electroacoustic music in cinema, based on over ten years of research.
